This page explains what information The Squishy Plug (a TruGen Labs brand) collects on thesquishyplug.com and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address, your first name if you give it, and the time and IP address of the signup (used only to stop spam and abuse).
- Problem reports: if you use the "Report an issue" button, we receive what you type plus the page address, your screen size, browser type and any page errors, so we can fix the problem.
- Server logs: like any website, our server records requests (IP address, page, time, browser) for security and troubleshooting.
We don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party pixels on this site.
How we use it
We use your email only to tell you about The Squishy Plug NFT Collection: the launch date, the prices and mint access. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers that run our own servers and email.
Wallets and the blockchain
When minting opens, you'll connect your own crypto wallet. We never ask for, see or store your seed phrase or private keys. Transactions on Base are public by design: your wallet address and the tokens it holds are visible to anyone on the blockchain, and we can't change or delete that.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the Series 001 launch. Server logs roll over automatically.
Your choices
To unsubscribe, see what we hold about you, or have it deleted, email info@thesquishyplug.com. Every launch email will also include an unsubscribe link.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
